Apple Cider Facts

Cider has about 87 calories per 6oz. glass. Wolcott Orchards cider needs constant refrigeration. It will stay fresh for about 7 days. It has no preservatives added. Cider can be frozen - it will taste just like fresh when completely thawed!

Wolcott Orchards cider is cloudy because it is not filtered, and contains lots of pectin and apple solids. Our cider is a completely natural product -- undiluted, unfermented, and unsweetened. Try some!

How Many Apples?

One pound of apples equals:

• 2 large apples
• 3 medium apples
• 4 small apples

Allow 2 pounds of apples for one nine-inch apple pie.

Use 1 pound of apples to yield 2 1/2 cups pared and sliced apples.
